
What to expect
Clients come to coaching from many arenas. Some want to achieve specific goals, others are stuck, and many are in a work or life transition. The commonality among them all is the recognition that they want to lead more fulfilling lives. Whatever the reason for coaching, we will co-create a plan that is specific to your needs and aspirations.
A modern approach
Sessions are tailored to individual needs and may also include looking at challenges from different perspectives, creating pathways for action, and incorporating values in day-to-day interactions. Given the complexities of our lives, coaching sessions can take place on the phone or on Zoom.
Types of Coaching Sessions
Discovery Sessions
An initial onboarding session with new clients to build a relationship and alliance for working together.
60 mins. (If a client wishes to start with a StandOut debrief, 90 min).
Coaching Development Sessions
These sessions aim to continue coaching, develop personal goals, design strategic plans, and define success.
45-60 mins.
Assessment session
Explore growth and conclude or redesign.
45 - 60 mins

Creative Support Sessions
Scheduled time with support/accountability for creative projects (writing, art, music, etc.)
60 min. (weekends only)
